How do I place an Order?
To place an order either call us toll free on 1-877-599-4438, or order on-line. You can order on-line in just a few mouse clicks. First, find the gift basket or gift box you wish to order, by clicking on the menu items at the left side of the page. Next, enter the quanity you wich to order and click Add Item. This will place the item into your shopping cart and take you to your shopping cart. You will be given instructions for checkout or you can order more items by clicking on Continue Shopping.

What branded products do you use in your gift baskets ?
We use only the best brands to fill our gift basket.  Our products come from suppliers such as The Best Chocolate in Town, Sunflower Spices, Tea Temptations, Queen City Coffee, Souleve Spa, Screamin' Mimis, Ghiradelii Chocolate, The Peanut Roaster and our own Bakery.

Is each Gift Basket hand-made to order ?
Yes - Each gift basket is truly one-of-a-kind, unique in every way. We use only the finest gift baskets and gift boxes, and the finest products to fill them. The bows and other decorations are hand-made and each gift basket takes between 10 and 20 minutes to prepare. When finished each basket is individually packaged for shipping.

Delivery

How long does delivery take in the US?
You may choose the delivery method you prefer (UPS or Postal Service).  Standard UPS Ground takes between 3-5 business days.  Standard Postal Service will take 3-5 days also.  You may choose faster options at checkout.

What does delivery cost me?
The delivery cost will vary based on the option you choose.  You will be shown the delivery costs once you choose the Delivery Method.

When do you charge my credit card?
We only charge your Credit Card when the product has shipped from our premises.

The site was updated in January, 2008 to its current appearance. Our founding goal of striving to create original and unique gift baskets and gift boxes, for any occasion remains.
